Introduction

aty_stress - Advanced Stress & Mental Health Management

Overview

A modern, highly configurable stress and mental health management system for FiveM. Featuring a sleek Vue.js interface with a focus on realism and roleplay, this script offers dynamic stress triggers (shooting, speeding, being alone, being underwater), mental health tracking, visual/audio hallucination effects, stress-relieving minigames, and interactive activities.

Features

  • Modern UI: Sleek and animated Vue.js interface displaying real-time heart rate, breathing rate, stress level, and mental health status.

  • Dynamic Stress Triggers: Players gain stress dynamically from activities such as shooting, driving at high speeds, staying underwater too long, taking damage, or being alone for extended periods.

  • Mental Health Decay: High stress levels over time will start degrading a player's mental health.

  • Realistic Effects: Includes visual (screen shaking, screen effects, blackout) and audio (unsettling whispers, heartbeat sounds) hallucinations, as well as spawning NPC hallucinations when mental health drops dangerously low.

  • Stress Relief Activities: Players can reduce stress by engaging in configurable activities such as walking, reading, meditating, playing the guitar, or playing the bongo. Some activities include interactive minigames.

  • Multi-Language Support: Fully customizable locales (English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese) easily switchable via the configuration file.

  • Interactive Menu: Players can view their stress history, see the cause of their last stress spike, and access a "Get Help" section for guidance.

  • Pill System: Integrated support for anti-stress pills with custom animations.

Dependencies

  • ESX or QBCore (Auto-detected natively, no specific bridges required for basic features)
